Equilibrio trabajo-familia, corresponsabilidad, autoeficacia parental en trabajadores de empresas privadas de la región del Maule.

Abstract

El objetivo general del estudio consistió en identificar la relación entre las variables Corresponsabilidad parental, Equilibrio Trabajo Familia y Autoeficacia Parental. Y a su vez determinar si existen diferencias entre las variables mencionadas en trabajadores técnico- profesionales pertenecientes a organismo privados de la región del Maule. La muestra corresponde a 150 trabajadores, 75 mujeres y 75 hombres, quien debían tener como requisito ser técnicos profesionales y tener hijos, a quienes se les administró el Cuestionario de Interacción Trabajo- Familia, SWING (Moreno, Sanz, Rodríguez y Geurts, 2009), Cuestionario de Participación en el Trabajo Familiar (Bartau, Etxebarría y Maganto, 2003), la Escala de Autoeficacia Parental (Concha y Zúñiga, 2010) y un Registro de Antecedentes Sociodemográficos.Los resultados indican que no existen diferencias significativas en el Equilibrio Trabajo-Familia entre hombre y mujeres (t (148) = -0,963; p > 0,05), en caso contrario si se observan diferencias significativas en la Corresponsabilidad entre ambos sexos (t (148)=7,626; p < 0,05), denotando que las mujeres participan más en las actividades y tareas relativas al hogar que los hombres. Por otra parte la Autoeficacia Parental tampoco presenta diferencias significativas entre hombres y mujeres (t (148)= 0,275; p >0,05).Referente a la correlación Equilibrio Trabajo-Familia no se relaciona significativamente con Corresponsabilidad Parental (r=-,017; p>0,01), pero sus respectivas dimensiones si se relacionan entre sí. Equilibrio Trabajo-Familia tampoco reporta relación significativa con Autoeficacia Parental (r=,0109; p>0,01), y finalmente no existe relación significativa entre Corresponsabilidad Parental y Autoeficacia Parental (r=-,140; p>0,01) Palabras claves: Equilibrio Trabajo-Familia, Corresponsabilidad y Autoeficacia Parental./ABSTRACT:The overall objective of this study was to identify the relationship between Family corresponsability, Work- Family Balance and Parental Self-Efficacy. And in turn determine whether differences exist between the variables mentioned in technical professional workers belonging to private agency in the region of Maule, Chile. The sample corresponds to 150 workers, 75 women and 75 men, who should be a requirement to have professional technicians and have children, who were administered the Work-Family Interaction Questionnaire, SWING (Moreno, Sanz, Rodriguez and Geurts, 2009) Questionnaire Participation in Family Work (Bartau, Etxebarría and Maganto, 2003), the Parental Self-Efficacy Scale (Concha & Zúñiga, 2010) and Sociodemographic Background Registry. The results indicate no significant differences in Work-Family Balance between men and women (t (148) = -0.963, P> 0.05), otherwise if significant differences in corresponsibility between the sexes were observed (t (148) = 7.626, p <0.05), implying that women are more involved in the activities and tasks related to home than men. Moreover Parental Self-efficacy also significant differences between men and women (t (148) = 0.275, P> 0.05). Concerning the Work-Family Balance correlation is not significantly related to Family Corresponsability (r = -, 017, p> 0.01), but if their dimensions are interrelated. Work-Family Balance also reported significant relationship with Parental Self-Efficacy (r = 0109, P> 0.01), and finally there is no significant relationship between self-efficacy and Family corresponsability (r = -, 140, p> 0.01)
