Comparación técnico-económica de la eficiencia energética en vivienda social según sus materiales de construcción en la región del Maule

Abstract

El Trabajo realizado en esta memoria consistió en establecer el consumo energético y económico requerido en cuanto a calefacción y refrigeración para mantener condiciones de confort higrotérmico en el interior de una vivienda base de 48 metros cuadrados diseñada en albañilería tradicional, que se encuentra emplazada en la Región del Maule, Provincia de Talca. Comuna de Rio Claro, sector camino a Cumpeo, y compararlo con cuatro propuestas alternativas denominadas; Configuración 1, Configuración 2, Configuración 3 y Configuración 4. Estas se diferencian entre sí por una distinta materialidad y configuración entre sus envolventes y sus divisiones interiores. Las configuraciones evaluadas consisten dos tipos de envolventes: un sistema de muro ventilado diseñado por el centro tecnológico de la PUC; un sistema de termo paneles SIP. Utilizando para cada una de estas envolventes dos tipos de divisiones interiores. Una en base a tabiquería con revestimiento de yeso cartón, y la otra utilizando albañilería y ladrillo artesanal. El estudio térmico fue realizado para la zona climática número cuatro utilizando como herramienta el Software CCTE_CL_v2, creado por el Ministerio de Vivienda y Urbanismo en el marco del proyecto “Sistema de Certificación Térmica de Edificaciones; Desarrollo de la Herramienta de Certificación del Comportamiento Térmico de Edificios de Chile (CCTE_CL_v2)” que es de uso libre y se encuentra a disposición del público en la pagina del Ministerio. El consumo económico fue establecido para catorce sistemas de calefacción distintos, considerando el valor del combustible y la eficiencia del equipo. El proceso consistió básicamente en caracterizar la vivienda en estudio, recopilando información sobre los parámetros que influyen en su comportamiento térmico, como por ejemplo las propiedades térmicas de los materiales y la zona climatica.se recopilaron los coeficientes de conductividad y se definieron parámetros como confort ambiental e higrotérmico. Una vez cuantificados los requerimientos energéticos y económicos de las viviendas se realizo la comparación entre las cuatro alternativas estableciendo así que la configuración 4 presentaba el mayor grado de eficiencia energética y económica que se traduce en un ahorro aproximado del 30% en relación a la vivienda base./ABSTRACT:The work developed in this project consisted in establishing the energy and economic consumptions required in heating and cooling to maintain comfortable building style, that is located in the region of Maule, Talca province, Rio Claro Country, Cumpeo road. And also consisted in comparing the energy and economic consumptions whit 4 alternative proposals, called configuration 1, configuration 2, configuration 3, and configuration 4. The difference between them were different material and configuration in each walls and their interiors design division. The configurations evaluated consisted in two types of difference walls: a system ventilated of design by Technological Center of PUC: a system of thermal panels SIP. Utilizing for each of them two types of interior divisions. One based on wood frame walls enclosed whit sheet rock, and other utilizing traditional concrete and brick. The thermal study was developed for climatic zone number four utilizing software CCTE_CL_v2 created by the Housing and Urbanism Ministry in the project titled: “System of building thermal certification; development of certification software of building thermal behavior in Chile (CCTE_CL_v2) “ which in free and is available to the public on the webpage of the Ministry. The economic consumption was established for fourteen distinct heating systems, considering the price of fuel and the efficiency of the equipment. The process consisted basically of studies of housing characterization, compiling information about parameter wish have influences of thermals behavior, such as thermal properties of the materials of the climatic zone. A compiling was developed by coefficients of conductivity, definition of housing confort and hydrothermic conditions. Whit be study of the energy and economic requirements of housing a comparison was the developed between the different alternatives that showed configuration four present the higher energy and economic efficiency that was translated in approximately 30% saving based on the reference house.
