Evaluación técnica y económica de una cámara de aplicación y secado de pintura para taller automotriz "B&M".

Abstract

En la presente memoria se desarrolla la evaluación técnica y económica de una cámara de aplicación y secado de pintura para el taller automotriz B&M. Esta cámara debe ser capaz de operar con vehículo hasta el segmento E. La cámara es un equipo que permite alcanzar altos estándares de calidad ya que controla las condiciones del secado. Entre los factores que hacen conveniente su desarrollo está el control de ciertas variables, temperatura y humedad del aire de secado, el control del caudal de aire empleado, la presión y el ingreso de contaminantes atmosféricos. Esto genera condiciones adecuadas tanto para la protección personal de los operarios como para la calidad superficial del trabajo final. En la evaluación técnica se comparan diferentes tipos de cámaras existentes en el mercado a fin de definir la más adecuada para el taller. Posteriormente se evalúa el costo de construcción. Al contar con el costo de construcción se realiza una comparación con los valores que presentan las diferentes cámaras existentes en el mercado, que cumplen con las mismas prestaciones de servicio, realizando una evaluación económica, finalmente se determina si construir la cámara en Chile, importarla o en su defecto seguir pintando sin cámara./ABSTRACT: In this document is develops the technical and economic evaluation of a chamber of application and drying paint for the auto shop B&Y. This camera must be able to operate with car to the segment E. The chamber is a device that achieves high standards of quality controlling the drying conditions. Between the factors that makes convenient to development is the control of certain variables, temperature and humidity of the drying air, the air flow control, pressure and entry of air pollutants. This generates suitable conditions for personal protection of operators and the conditions of surface quality in the final work. In the technical evaluation different types of existing chambers in market are compared in order to define the most appropriate for the workshop. Further the construction cost was evaluated. By having the construction cost of a comparison with the values presented by different existing chambers on the market is performed, that meet the same performance of service, making an economic evaluation, finally it determines whether to build the camera in Chile, import or otherwise continue painting without a chamber.
