Propuesta de diseño de un modelo de gestión de datos para la identificación de tiempos muertos en el pabellón central del Hospital Regional de Talca

Abstract

El presente proyecto de título fue desarrollado en el área de Control de Eficiencia Operacional del Hospital Regional de Talca, centro de salud pública auto gestionado de alta complejidad, que cuenta con 23 servicios clínicos y 9 especialidades quirúrgicas, siendo el principal centro de salud pública de Talca, perteneciendo a la red asistencial del Servicio de Salud del Maule. En primer lugar, se presenta la descripción y contextualización de la situación del Hospital Regional de Talca, identificando su misión, visión y estructura organizacional. La problemática tratada en este proyecto son los altos tiempos muertos producidos en el pabellón central del hospital, por lo tanto, el objetivo general es desarrollar un modelo de gestión de datos que ayude a identificar y clasificar los tiempos en pabellón, para así poder cuantificar y dar solución a la problemática. A partir de los resultados tangibles del proyecto de título, se desarrolla la metodología de solución que se le dará a la problemática identificada y las herramientas de mejora continua, utilizadas para el logro de los objetivos planteados. Por último, junto el área Control de Eficiencia Operacional se determina un modelo de gestión de datos, los requerimientos funcionales del sistema y así posteriormente realizar el diseño conceptual del modelo, diseñar el prototipo computacional y finalmente realizar la evaluación de impacto que se produce al desarrollar esta propuesta./ABSTRACT: The present project of title was developed in the area of Operational Efficiency Control of the Regional Hospital of Talca, a self-managed public health center of high complexity, which has 23 clinical services and 9 surgical specialties, being the main public health center of Talca, belonging to the health service network of the Maule Health Service. In the first place, the description and contextualization of the situation of the Regional Hospital of Talca is presented, identifying its mission, vision and organizational structure. The problems addressed in this project are the high dead times produced in the hospital's central pavilion, therefore, the general objective is to develop a data management model that helps identify and classify the pavilion times, in order to quantify and give solution to the problem. Based on the tangible results of the title project, the solution methodology that will be given to the identified problem and the tools for continuous improvement, used to achieve the proposed objectives is developed. Finally, together with the Operational Efficiency Control area, a data management model is determined, the functional requirements of the system and then the conceptual design of the model, design the computational prototype and finally perform the impact evaluation that occurs when developing this proposal.
