Diseño de un sistema de control de rendimientos por categoría de cerdos para el área de procesos de COEXCA S.A.

Abstract

Este proyecto de título se realizó en la empresa COEXCA S.A., específicamente en el área de procesos. En donde se evaluó una problemática, relacionada con el desconocimiento de los tipos de cerdos, que tienen mejor rendimiento y proporcionan mayor rentabilidad. Con el fin de que los proveedores entreguen más cerdos, con estas características. En el primer capítulo de introducción, se explica con más detalle esta problemática, el lugar en donde se realizó el proyecto, los objetivos y resultados tangibles esperados. Posteriormente, se describen las herramientas que se utilizaron en este proyecto, para analizar y resolver la problemática. Además, se detalla la metodología de solución. En el tercer capítulo, se realizó el diagnóstico de la situación actual, en donde se explica el contexto de la problemática, se describen los procesos que están involucrados, el proceso de medición de grasa, también, se detalla cómo se realizan las clasificaciones de cerdos actualmente en la empresa y como es el pago a los proveedores. Además, se realiza una búsqueda en la literatura de otros países, organizaciones, empresas, etc., que realicen mejores prácticas asociadas con el tema estudiado y se detalla lo encontrado, realizando un análisis de lo que se podría integrar a la empresa. Luego, se proponen nuevas clasificaciones y se explica cómo se obtuvieron. Finalmente, se realiza un análisis de la problemática estudiada. En el cuarto capítulo, se formaliza el sistema de información, se elaboran diagramas de contexto interno y externo. Además, se definen los requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales del sistema. Luego en el quinto capítulo, comienza el diseño de los sistemas de información de control de rendimiento y de comparación de proveedores, se desarrollan los diagramas de flujo y se describen los sistemas con sus interfaces. Después, se presenta el rendimiento calculado con las categorías propuestas, con el objetivo de comparar y analizar si se logró alcanzar mejores resultados con estas. Finalmente, se realiza una evaluación costo-beneficio, en donde se analizan los costos de desarrollar los sistemas y el beneficio que obtiene la empresa con este. /ABSTRACT: This Project was done on COEXCA S.A, more specifically, in the processes area. After that, the tools used on the project are described to analyze and solve the problem. Furthermore, the methodology of the solution is detailed. In the third chapter, a diagnosis of the current situation, on which the context of the problem is explained, the processes that are involved are described, the fat-measuring process, also, how does the company classify the pigs currently is explained in more detail and how is the payment to suppliers. Additionally, a search looking through the literature of other countries, organizations, companies, etc., that have better practices associated with the studied subject and an analysis of what can be added to the company is made. Then. New classifications are proposed and how were they obtained is explained. Finally, an analysis of the problem studied is carried out. In the fourth chapter, the information system is formalized, diagrams of both intern and extern context are made. Additionally, the system’s functional and not functional requirements are defined. Then in chapter five, the design of the output management information systems and the comparison of providers begin, flowcharts are developed, and the systems and their interfaces are described. After that, the performance calculated with the proposed categories is presented, with the objective of contrasting and analyzing if better results were achieved with these. Finally, a costbenefit evaluation is done, on which the costs of developing the systems and the benefit for the company with them.
