Estudio tecnico economico para un aserradero movil

Abstract

El estudio desarrollado presenta la evaluación técnica y económica de una faena de aserrío móvil ubicada a 20 Km. de la comuna de Chanco VII región del Maule, durante la temporada de verano 2009 (octubre a marzo). El equipo de aserrío utilizado fue un aserradero móvil con sierra circular de dientes postizos, mientras que para el madereo se utilizó un tractor agrícola. La evaluación técnica evaluó el desempeño del aserradero mediante estudios de tiempo arrojando un factor de tiempo productivo de 37%, considerado bajo dado el rango de 45% a 80% de los aserraderos nacionales. Se determinó que el grado de aprovechamiento promedio de los trozos fue de 44% y la producción de 102.000 pp/año (2.100 m3/año). El factor de consumo de combustible fue de 10,5%, esto es, para producir 100 pp de madera aserrada se necesitaron 10,5 litros de combustible diesel. Se generaron recomendaciones tendientes a mejorar el tiempo productivo alcanzando un 45%, a través de la disminución del tiempo de afilado y la capacitación de los trabajadores provocando un aumento de 26% en la rentabilidad del aserradero. Además, se propusieron tres alternativas de reemplazo de maquinaria evaluadas a través de los criterios VAN, TIR y RCB concluyendo que todas son económicamente rentables, siendo la mejor la alternativa C que propone el reemplazo de la maquinaria actual por un aserradero móvil con sierra circular de dientes fijos. El aumento de los indicadores de eficiencia como producción y grado de aprovechamiento son claves para lograr una mayor rentabilidad del aserradero, pudiendo lograrse a través de la incorporación de tecnología, manejando los tiempos de trabajo y entregando capacitación a los trabajadores./ SUMMARY: The developed study presents the technical and economic evaluation of a mobile sawing located to 20 Km. of the commune of Chanco VII region of the Maule, during the summer season 2009 (october to march). The saw equipment was a mobile sawmill with circular saw of inserted sawteeth, while for the logging an agricultural tractor was used. The technical evaluation evaluated the acting of the sawmill by means of studies of time throwing a factor of up-time of 37%, considered under given the range of 45% to 80% of the national sawmills, it was determined that the yield average of the log was of 44% and the production of 102.000 pp/year (2.100 m3/year). The factor of consumption of fuel was of 0,105 lt/pp, this is, to produce 100 sawed wooden pp 10,5 liters of diesel fuel they are needed. Recommendations directed were generated to improve the up-time reaching 45%, through the decrease of the time of sharp and the training of the workers causing an increase of 26% in the profitability of the sawmill. Also, they were proposed three alternatives of machinery substitution evaluated through the criteria for evaluation VAN, TIR and RCB were concluding that all are economically profitable, being the best the alternative C that proposes the substitution of the current machinery for a sawmill of circular mountain of fixed teeth. The increase of the indicators of efficiency like production and yield grade are key to achieve a bigger profitability of the sawmill, being been able to achieve through the technology incorporation, managing the working times and giving training to the workers.
