Elaboración de pautas de mantenimiento de equipos para la Central Hidroeléctrica "Ojos de Agua"

Abstract

El trabajo realizado en esta memoria, consiste en que a partir de la aplicación del análisis FMECA, se elaborarán, pautas de mantenimiento para la central hidroeléctrica “Ojos de Agua”, a fin de conseguir una mayor confiabilidad al realizar los trabajos de mantenimiento, además de un buen manejo técnico, cuidados tanto de seguridad al trabajador, como a la empresa y lograr una entrega de información rápida y sencilla. Las planillas, las cuales serán diseñadas para el apoyo de gestión para el mantenimiento apuntan a lograr una mayor eficiencia y eficacia en los trabajos a realizar. En la realización del análisis y de los resultados obtenidos de éste, se podrá identificar los componentes críticos, descubrir su(s) modo(s) de falla y efecto(s). Utilizando los valores del índice de criticidad, obtenidos del FMECA, se podrá determinar cuál(es) ítem(s) o sistema(s) resulta(n) ser más crítico(s), con esto se logrará realizar la comparación con el sistema de trabajo actual, en la cual se verificará si los errores encontrados a través del análisis FMECA se hallan cubiertos actualmente./ABSTRACT: The work made in this memory, consists of which from the application of analysis FMECA, theywill elabarace, guidelines of maintenance for the hydroelectric power station “ojos de agua”, in order to find a to a greater trustworthiness when making the jobs of maintenance, in addition to a good technical handling, taken care of so much of security to the worker, as to the company and obtaining a delivery of fast and simple information. The lists, which will be designed for the support of management for the maintenance aim to manage a greater efficiency and effectiveness in the works to make. In the accomplishment of the analysis and the results obtained from this, his will be able to be identified the critical components, to be discovered (s) way (s) of fault and effect (s). Using the values of the criticality index, obtained of the FMECA, it will be possible to be determined which (it is) item (s) or system (s) turns out (n) to be more critical (s), with this will be managed to make the comparison with the system of present work, in which one will verify if the errors found through analysis FMECA are places setting at the moment.
