Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo principal dar a conocer, descubrir de dónde proviene y cómo llega a nuestra legislación la institución de las arras, institución algo desconocida para el común de la gente. Esperamos cumplir con lo anterior a través de un breve paseo por Grecia y Roma en la antigüedad, luego veremos las legislaciones de Francia y España debido a que son sindicadas como los modelos en que se inspiró nuestro legislador, para finalmente analizar la redacción de nuestros códigos y tratar de dar respuesta a las inquietudes planteadas./ ABSTRACT:The following research has as a main goal to release, discover from where it comes and how it arrive to our legislation the institution of arras, institution a little bit unknown for the most people. We hope to accomplish what we set by giving a brief walk through the ancient Greek and Rome, after that we will see the legislations of France and Spain, due to they are pointed as the role models followed by our legislator. Finally we will check our codes and try to give an answer to the questions made
