Análisis, diseño y desarrollo del sistema de monitoreo para punto de venta automático

Abstract

Pullman bus, con el afán de entregar una mejor atención a sus clientes, va a integrar a sus operaciones de venta un nuevo sistema de venta de pasajes automático, para lo cual va a utilizar puntos de venta automáticos (POS). El siguiente informe de memoria presenta el análisis, diseño y desarrollo de un sistema de monitoreo para puntos de venta automático. Este sistema surge como necesidad de tener un sistema que permita monitorear, controlar y entregar información en tiempo real del estado de cada POS. Se utilizó una metodología de desarrollo de software ágil Feature-Driven Development (FDD), la cual fue adaptada en su etapa de captura de requisitos. El sistema desarrollado es del tipo Rich Internet Applications (RIA), que entrega una aplicación atractiva al usuario final. Finalmente, se analizan los problemas ocurridos en el desarrollo, el resultado final obtenido y los trabajos futuros del sistema./ABSTRACT:Pullman bus, with the aim of delivering a better service to its customers, will integrate their sales operations a new system of automated ticketing, for which you will use point of sale automatic (POS).
