Conocimientos e implementación de la enseñanza de la música mapuche por parte de docentes de establecimientos educacionales de la comuna de Talca

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo de investigación para optar al grado de Licenciado de Educación de la Universidad de Talca, se enmarca en la realidad educacional con respecto a la enseñanza de contenidos culturales, enfocado hacia la música y cultura mapuche. El estudio de investigación fue llevado a cabo durante el segundo semestre del año 2016 en la comuna de Talca, en donde se entrevistaron a catorce docentes de educación musical, todo ellos elegidos al azar y provenientes de distintos tipos de establecimientos educacionales: municipal, particular subvencionado y particular, el cual fue el único requisito de selección. La investigación está orientada hacia los conocimientos que poseen los docentes en relación a la música mapuche y cómo estos la implementan y enseñan en los establecimientos educacionales de la comuna de Talca, por lo que mediante un cuestionario semiestructurado se indagó en cuanto a los conocimientos e implementación, además de investigar sobre posibles grados de prejuicios y discriminación en los docentes, para que posteriormente al obtener los datos, realizar un análisis exhaustivo de carácter mixto: cuantitativo y cualitativo. /ABSTRACT:The following research to opt to the Bachelor’s degree in Education of the University of Talca is, framed in the educational reality regarding the teaching of cultural contents, focused towards music and The Mapuche culture. The study of investigation was carried during the second semester of 2016 in the commune of Talca, where fourteen music teachers were interviewed, all of them randomly selected and from different institutes with different subsidy: municipal, private subsidized and private, which was the only requirement for the selection. The investigation is oriented towards the knowledge that the teachers have concerning the Mapuche music and how these implement and teach about it in the educational establishments of Talca. Through a semistructured questionnaire the knowledge and its implementation were investigated, besides researching about possible degrees of prejudices and discrimination among teachers in order to, later on after receiving the data, make an mixed and in-depth analysis of both, quantitative and qualitative.
